Occasional lifting/ carrying up to 50 lbs.; and frequent lifting/ carrying up to 100 lbs. Occasional bending, squatting, climbing stairs/ ladders, and twisting; and frequent reaching Occasional over the shoulder work PCT performs daily activities of the PCT production operation of the shift assigned. They will be accountable for the qualify of the product, quantity of the product, and efficiency of the equipment, and keeping the area safe, neat, and clean.
Duties may include extruding the tread, curing the tread, trimming/visual inspection of tread, and buffing/packaging of tread
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required 0-1 year of manufacturing experience needed No relocation assistance is offered for this position ENVIRONMENT Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes. New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes overnights. The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold), forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.
Majority of work completed in a high heat environment. The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
