Mold Venting Technician (CMC) - Illinois

Job description

• Maintain/ open mold vents
• Inspect mold, press, and area for hazards
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Set up and inspect dry ice machine (as needed)
• Operate forklift to transport equipment (as needed) Heavy work inclusive of carrying up to 50 lbs. and lifting up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED 0-2 years of manufacturing experience needed No relocation assistance is offered for this position ENVIRONMENT Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures/ guidelines must be always adhered to. This includes safety wear such as hearing protection and steel toe shoes. New Hires will likely be placed on a shift that includes overnights and weekends. The job is within a non-climate controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings, forklift and pedestrian traffic, and noise.

Majority of work is completed in a high heat environment. The role involves various physical tasks, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and operating machinery, with comprehensive training provided.
