Help shape how Commerzbank prepares for disruptions and strengthens operational resilience. Join an international team that sets standards, advises the organisation and develops practical solutions for effective business continuity management across the Group. As a Specialist in ICT Resilience & Continuity Management, you will contribute to the broad range of activities that help the Commerzbank Group prepare for, respond to and recover from severe disruptions.

You will work as part of the 2nd line of defense with units across the Group, develop BCM methods and standards including crisis management, support planning and exercises, and help ensure that regulatory and internal requirements are implemented effectively. In this role, you will also translate business requirements into practical solutions and contribute to the functional development of our central BCM platform.

Your tasks Advise and support the organisation

Work with Commerzbank units across the Group, provide practical guidance and help them establish effective and sustainable business continuity arrangements.

Develop BCM methods, processes and standards

Contribute to the continuous development of our BCM framework and translate regulatory, business and operational needs into clear and workable requirements.

Strengthen preparedness through tests and exercises

Support business continuity planning, tests and exercises, evaluate results and help turn lessons learned into sustainable improvements.

Support governance and the Second Line of Defense

Perform analyses and controls, monitor effective implementation and provide transparent insights for stakeholders and management.

Further develop our BCM platform

You will also gather, structure and prioritise business requirements for our central BCM platform and work with users, Product Owners, developers and other stakeholders to translate them into user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria and user-friendly solutions. Experience in crisis management will be valuable as we continue to expand our capabilities. Your Profile A varied role covering the full spectrum of business continuity, governance and operational resilience, combined with opportunities to shape digital solutions.

Your core team is based in Frankfurt, while many colleagues from GRM-ICT Risk and Resilience Management are located with you in Prague. This setup offers you considerable freedom to organise your work independently, build a strong local network and collaborate closely across locations. You will be trusted to take ownership, set priorities and move topics forward in a structured way. The company Commerzbank has been present in the Czech Republic with a branch in Prague since 1992.
