Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for full stream Program Management of new Coherent Transceiver designs, from initial product concept through delivery to volume manufacturing factory Managing both the project plan with focused time based milestone deliveries as well both the product cost and the program development cost

Education & Experience

BS/MS or equivalent degree required Position open to new graduates Skills Microsoft Project experience required

• Ability to develop visual dashboards to support management visibility of the programs desired
• Knowledge of business intelligence to enhance project dashboards desired
• Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.

Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. across design, product line management, factory NPI and engineering critical to success Safety Requirements All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp. Quality and Environmental Responsibilities Depending on location, this position may be responsible for the execution and maintenance of the ISO 9000, 9001, 14001 and/or other applicable standards that may apply to the relevant roles and responsibilities within the Quality Management System and Environmental Management System.
