Bowling Green, Kentucky Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tooling Technician in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. The Tooling Technician is responsible for ensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Summary of Responsibilities

Compute dimensions and tolerances to set up machine tools Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out for machining Assemble/disassemble parts to test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation Directly work with suppliers to print, design, or build situations to ensure tool expectations are met

• Analyze manufacturing repairs and adjustments to formulate solutions in standardized situations Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of related work experience Trade certification
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate oral and written instructions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)

Able to work 3-shift model
