Job description

Key Responsibilities * Product Development and Management Design, develop and implement Shariah-compliant deposit and cash management products and services. Enhance existing products to meet market demands. Conduct regular product reviews to ensure competitiveness & compliance. Market and Business Strategy Conduct market research to identify clients’ needs and emerging trends in Islamic deposit and cash management products and services.

Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue in Islamic deposit and cash management products and services. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position and promote Islamic deposit and cash management products and services effectively. Regulatory and Shariah Compliance Ensure all deposit and cash management products and services comply within the Islamic law and regulatory requirements. Liaise with the Shariah Advisory and Governance team for necessary approvals on product implementation and modifications.

Stakeholder Engagements Build relationships with Shariah Board, internal and external stakeholders including operations teams, Group Technology and related business units. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Training and Support Risk Management Ensure alignment with the bank’s risk management framework.
