Assistant Vice President, GCB CVMS - Customer Value Management & Segments MY

Job description

To work cross functionally with various stakeholders to enhance existing or develop new customer value propositions

• Work with key product owners to bundle various products to cross sell or acquire the Aspiring Affluent, Youth & other segments of customers Propose & develop new initiatives to acquire new segment of customers and drive revenue growth of consumer banking
• Liaise with Decision Management to understand the portfolio and use the analytical insights as justification to support each proposal To work with Decision Management to identify customers with opportunity for cross selling and launch real time cross sell triggers to target the customers with various products/offers To drive awareness of new segment propositions, by communicating across all the applicable internal marketing assets and to ensure the sales team is well trained to pitch the proposition
• Conduct market research to keep track of competitors’ value propositions
• Work with research agency to conduct focus groups to test and gather feedback on new value propositions
