As the Associate Product Manager in the business transformation team, I am expected to support validation of strategies and workflows, and assist in producing the Business Transformation Pack to enable design and technical teams Job Description:
- Assist in validating strategies and workflows by gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and external sources (customer insights, market research).
- Support the production of the Business Transformation Pack , including:
- End-to-end workflow journey
- Product roadmap
- Success metrics
- Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices, customer trends, and competitor strategies.
- Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate blueprint progress and alignment to stakeholders.
- Coordinate workshops and design sessions with:
- Business stakeholders for input and alignment
Experience
- Design and Solution Architecture teams to ensure they understand expectations and strategic direction for prototypes and technical designs.
- Support governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation for approvals and compliance .
