Job description

Manage the large corporate and SME team mailbox, and allocation of quotes among underwriters. Prepare Table of Benefits for renewals and new business inceptions for corporate and SME. Perform legal check on new quote census. Screen SME and corporate groups before allocation. Generate reports from system and do the needful formatting. Liaise with sales team to manage expectations on quote TATs. Provide underwriting support for SME business renewals across Africa.

Manage underwriting support for Individual business renewals across the Middle East. Participate in problem solving activities to define problems, identify root causes, suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively. Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
