Purpose of The Role Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Senior Business & Insights Analyst will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital servicing capabilities across Consumer and Commercial. You will turn complex data into clear, actionable insights by analyzing dashboards and raw data extracts, identifying trends, and delivering recommendations that support smarter strategic decisions. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on solving problems, influencing outcomes, and communicating insights with confidence to a wide range of stakeholders.

Your work will help drive operation

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Conduct data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using statistical tools and programming languages such as SQL to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

Generate insights

Interpret data findings and translate them into actionable insights that inform business strategy, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, IT, Business Heads, and Product Development, to understand data needs and provide high-quality analytical support.

Create data visualizations and reports

Develop clear, visually compelling reports and presentations that communicate complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ensure data quality

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through validation techniques, quality checks, and regular audits.

Support line management

Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management to team members, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and development.

Support team development

Mentor and guide junior analysts, sharing knowledge and helping to build capability across the team.

Build a data community

Foster a collaborative data community across the organization by sharing best practices, encouraging knowledge exchange, and promoting data literacy and self-service analytics.

Drive thought leadership

Contribute to the growth of the Business & Insights function by identifying opportunities to improve processes, methods, and analytical approaches.

Lead experimentation and innovation

Test new analytics tools, automation opportunities, self-service solutions, and visualization methods to enhance analytical effectiveness.

Stay current with industry trends

Continuously build knowledge of emerging technol

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analysis, ideally within a business, commercial, or marketing analytics environment .Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as QlikSense and Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good understanding of business operations, market dynamics, and customer behavior. Proven line management and mentorship experience, with the ability to coach, develop, and support team members effectively. A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset.
