Job description

  • 客服人員管理/人員培訓/話務督導
  • 解答保戶詢問保險相關問題
  • 客戶情緒抱怨處理
  • 處理客服相關行政事務及報表製作
  • 執行主管交辦事項
  • 提升諮詢客戶滿意度之改善方案或提案

Qualifications

  • 大專以上學歷，銀行保險相關科系畢
  • 具保險客服管理3-5年經驗以上
  • 具良好的溝通及協調能力、抗壓性高
  • 熟操作相關客服CRM 系統與MS office辦公軟體(Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • 具保險證照
