Travel DTC Executive

Job description

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Measure success and failure in a timely matter to identify next actions for marketing campaigns.

Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts or a related field. 3+ years of experience working in marketing or a related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technique. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software. Demonstrated aptitude to think creatively and analytically within a problem-solving setting. Experience in an insurance environment is advantageous.

Skills

Digital Marketing Proficiency: Understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.

Project management

Abitlity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Analytical

Proficiency in analyzing data and identifying new opportunities and features that can enhance e-commerce traffic, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Creativity

Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies and campaign Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe photoshop) to create visual content Technical: Familiarity with MarTech tools (e.g.Insider) , CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).

Communication

Exceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication (both in Thai and English) as well as interpersonal aptitude.
