- 按照公司标准服务礼仪，负责上门客户柜面服务接待；
- 根据监管及行协消费者教育宣传、适老化相关规定，做好柜面服务工作；
- 按照公司标准化流程，协助相关部门做好新服务、新平台功能的推广；
- 执行分公司客户运营部门交办的客户联络任务及信息收集等工作；
- 部门交办的其他工作。 大学本科及以上学历者优先； 年龄40周岁以下者优先； 具备良好的沟通表达能力、团队协作能力，学习力、执行力强；
