Job description

• Process daily premium payment received via various channels and make commission payments
• Handle payment inquiries from policyholders, insurance agents and insurance brokers
• Assist supervisor to monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue premiums
• Prepare monthly statements and receipts
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Perform ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned
• Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.)
• Degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Strong communication skills with a professional and tactful approach to debt collection
• Attentive to details, good interpersonal, organizational skills, self-motivated and active team player
• Good command of English and Cantonese
