Job Responsibilities

1.provide advice on making a claim and the processes involved 2.collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim 3.analyse a claim made by a policymaker to establish whether it satisfies the policy conditions 4.guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim 5.contact service provider from a network of approved professionals 6.monitor the progress of a claim 7.ensure fair settlement of a valid claim Skills You'll need to have: 1.excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 2.negotiation, questioning and decision-making skills 3.good planning and analytical skills 4.communication skills and confidence when dealing with people, often in difficult circumstances 5.organisational and time management skills 6.the ability to work well under pressure
