- Handle legal claims of Employees' Compensation, Motor, Public liability insurance classes independently;
- Negotiate with claimant’s solicitors direct to achieve pre-action settlement;
- Prepare court documents;
- Handle claims related enquiries and provide claims service to clients.
- At least 2 years’ experience in handling legal claims (experience working in law firms are also welcomed);
- Able to prepare court documents;
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese.
