Legal & Compliance--Legal Officer/Senior Officer

Job description

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and advise commercial agreements and documents for the company and its affiliated companies.
• Provide proactive support to senior management to construct various business proposals or projects from legal and compliance perspective.
• Conduct legal research, analyze legal and compliance issues and work out resolutions to them.
• Assist in business negotiation with potential partners and conduct through analysis of regulations of the concerned products and services.
• Assist in managing external lawyers and company's legal budget.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in law, Business, Finance or related disciplines, PRC qualified lawyer preferred. 2. 2 years or above legal experience in financial services industry; experience in fund house, asset management company or securities firm will be an advantage. 3. Mature, self-initiative, detail oriented with good inter-personal skill and analytical mind. 4. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. 5. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin. 6.

Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese character input. 7. Candidate with more experienced will be considered as Senior Officer.
