- Handle motor insurance claims independently
- Negotiate with Claimants to achieve settlement
- Experience in attending Small claims Tribunal is preferable
- Handle claims related enquiries and provide claims service to clients
- Hong Kong permanent residents or non-permanent residents but must hold a valid work visa (Top Talent Pass Scheme, IANG, Quality Migrants or Dependant, etc.);
- Bachelor’s degree major in Law, Business, Insurance, Finance or related discipline
- Pass in IIQE exam, Paper I, II & III
- At least 2 years’ experience in handling motor or general insurance claims
- Experience in Defendant law firms are also welcomed
- Good understanding of Motor Insurance claims
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and under pressure
- Good spoken and written communication skills in both English & Chinese
