- 追踪督导业务达成进度；
- 分析培训需求，制定银行保险内部队伍及银行渠道的培训规划；
- 组织实施内外部培训，定期评估总结；
- 开发产品培训课件，推动产品销售；
- 负责新人养成培训。
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备2年以上相关工作经验；
- 性格开朗大方，表达能力较强，协调沟通能力强；
- 责任心强，有开拓进取精神;
- 中共党员优先。
