Human Resources Senior Manager/Manager

Job description

• Participate in the formulation, evaluation and adjustment of the company's human resources strategy and planning in accordance with the company's overall strategy and business objectives;
• Lead or participate in the company's staff recruitment, staff turnover, attendance management, visa application, and human resource information system maintenance;
• Develop and implement the company's training plan, evaluate the implementation effect and make continuous improvement;
• Complete statistical analysis of the company's human resources data to provide scientific basis and reasonable suggestions for the company's operation and management;
• Work closely with all departments of the company to provide consultation and support in human resource management;
• Assist departmental leaders in other assignments.
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in human resources, management, psychology and other related professions are preferred;
• Abundant working experience in human resources, familiar with all aspects of human resources management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience or 2 years of management experience is preferred;
• Familiar with local laws and regulations and related policies in Hong Kong, able to ensure that the company's HR policies and processes are in compliance with the law;
• Good communication, coordination and leadership skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with staff and external partners in all departments;
• Strong statistical analysis skills, able to analyze HR data from a professional perspective and make reasonable recommendations;
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills, able to lead a team to complete work assignments;
• Proficient in both Chinese and English writing, especially Mandarin.
