Business Planning Analyst

Job description

Spectrum is seeking a Business Planning Analyst to coordinate and monitor forecasts, budgets, and analyze operating expenses to develop actionable financial plans. Your expertise will help shape present and future performance, ensuring operational goals are met and resources are maximized for lasting impact.

This position is in an office environment with a hybrid work schedule. Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.

How You’ll

• Make an Impact
• Prepare and review reports and analyses to support financial objectives
• Perform data trend analysis on operational budgets to help the team achieve key performance indicators
• Understand and apply financial models to forecast business result
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through detailed analysis
• Create and update operating expense forecasts
• Coordinate variance analysis and reporting for operating expenses

Required Qualifications

Education Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience Experience 2+ years of business planning, financial analysis or related experience

• Prioritize and organize effectively

• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities Quickly identify business challenges and opportunities Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management

A qualified applicant’s criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $73,200.00 and $117,200.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
