Job Details The Billing Specialist is responsible for managing pricing and billing activities for customers within an assigned group of countries. The role ensures invoices are accurate, sent on time, and aligned with customer agreements and company requirements. The Billing Specialist also maintains pricing records and supports the resolution of billing-related issues.

Responsibilities

Manage pricing, invoice creation, and invoice distribution for assigned countries. Review service-related costs to ensure accurate and timely billing. Maintain customer billing information, rates, discounts, and billing instructions. Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to keep pricing and billing data up to date. Create and maintain contract and pricing records in company systems. Process approved pricing and contract changes, including amendments and rate updates.

Review pricing requests and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Process billing adjustments such as credits and invoice corrections when needed. Investigate and help resolve billing disputes, invoice issues, and pricing discrepancies. Reconcile pricing and contract information to ensure billing accuracy. Prepare billing reports and maintain supporting documentation and audit records. Collaborate with colleagues and global offices to support billing operations and resolve issues.

Educational Background

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in an international business environment, preferably in billing, accounting, customer service, business administration, or a related field. Experience in the logistics, transportation, or healthcare industry is an advantage. Previous experience in Pricing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Accounting is preferred. Skills and Knowledge Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Basic knowledge of global geography is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.

Working hours

Monday-Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour of lunch included)
