Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Scientist Tech Lead to join our team in Taipei. This is a full-time, on-site position for a senior professional who combines strong research capability with hands-on engineering expertise. You will lead the exploration and development of cutting-edge AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs) and AI agent systems, to build scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—spanning product, engineering, and business units—to design, prototype, and deploy AI-powered applications that drive innovation and measurable impact across the organization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research on frontier AI technologies, including large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and AI engineering methodologies.
• Evaluate and benchmark the technological strategies and product offerings of leading global AI companies.
• Define and design the enterprise AI technical framework, architecture, and development roadmap for the organization.
• Develop AI prototypes and proof-of-concept systems to validate new ideas and accelerate product innovation.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate and deploy AI solutions within production environments.
