- 協助RM處理相關業務，達成業務目標
- 提供即時及專業回覆，排除客戶紛爭，並處理追蹤特殊狀況的交易
- 協助客戶開戶、KYC、存、匯、及其他投資型商品交易，暨授信申請
- 建立與維護合法及順暢的前台流程，參與作業流程的優化提案、測試、與實施
- 維繫與相關作業單位的合作默契，以利作業流程的進行
