Senior Engineer, Plan & Spec

Job description

Minimum Requirement

Degree in Engineering or Science preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduates may apply. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Role Purpose

Provide equipment selection, system design, heat load estimation and technical support to consultants and key accounts. Plan & Spec to identify customer’s needs and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders via technical understanding. Learn and understand the latest code & standard for air-conditioning, provide updates to owners & consultants Provide input for the marketing of new product development plans. Maintain accurate and up to date records.

Provide excellent service to clients at all levels. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking events and attend company meetings. To involve and grow relationships with Owners, Developers and Engineers to secure specification on major commercial projects across Singapore. To organise on Trainings for internal and external customers. Liaising with Authorities and regulatory bodies (NEA, SGBC etc) for updates and submissions and maintain records.
