Polarion ALM platforms — ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across the full application lifecycle.Your taskAdministering, configuring, and maintaining Siemens Polarion ALM environments, including performing version upgrades, patch deployments, and migrations across development, test, and production systemsTroubleshooting and resolving complex application, server, and infrastructure-level issues to ensure platform availability, stability, and security in line with customer standardsManaging the underlying

Polarion infrastructure, including application servers, databases, and system integrations, while monitoring performance and implementing corrective actions where neededCollaborating closely with customer stakeholders to understand technical requirements, deliver effective solutions, and support integration activities with third-party and enterprise toolsProducing clear technical documentation and providing knowledge transfer and ongoing operational support to customer teamsYour profile5+ years of hands-on experience with

Siemens Polarion ALM, including strong expertise in administration, configuration, customisation, and troubleshootingSolid experience with server administration (Linux and/or Windows), database management (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar), and LDAP/Active Directory integrationsProven ability to manage backup, recovery, and system maintenance processes within enterprise application environmentsStrong problem-solving skills combined with excellent customer-facing communication abilities, with experience engaging directly with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in enterprise ALM/PLM environments, with knowledge of integrations with tools such as
