Profile15+ years of IT experience with strong ADM/AMS Application Support background.Technical foundation in Java, .NET, C#, J2EE, or other custom application technologies.Hands-on experience in Run Operations, Production Support, Incident, Problem & Change Management.ITIL, ServiceNow/JIRA, SLA/KPI governance, stakeholder and client management.Team leadership experience along with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and operational governance.What you'll love about working hereYou can shape your career with us.
