OverviewSenior Media Specialist (AdTech & Retail Media)We are looking for an experienced Senior Media Specialist to lead and support end-to-end digital advertising operations across programmatic, retail media, video, connected TV (CTV), and social media platforms. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and hands-on professional with deep knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, campaign execution, optimization, and client-facing delivery.The successful candidate will manage complex digital advertising campaigns from planning and trafficking through optimization and reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve performance through automation, AI-driven solutions, and process enhancements.

This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, technology partners, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes and scalable advertising solutions.Key Qualifications8+ years of experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, Digital Media, or Revenue Operations.Strong understanding of DSPs, programmatic advertising, retail media, ad exchanges, and digital advertising ecosystems.Hands-on experience with campaign setup, trafficking, QA, launch, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.Expertise in advertising metrics such as ROAS, CTR, impressions, pacing, delivery, and audience performance.Experience working with platforms such as DV360, Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and CTV platforms.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project prioritization skills.Experience leveraging AI, automation, and process improvement methodologies to optimize campaign delivery and operational efficiency.
