Responsabilidades Generales del Rol

Participar en proyectos globales aportando en tareas técnicas según el área seleccionada.Dar soporte a los procesos de incidencia.Mantener documentación técnica, reportes y actualizaciones de estado.Colaborar con equipos multiculturales mediante reuniones virtuales y entregables definidos.Contribuir con propuestas que impulsen la mejora continua de procesos y herramientaRequisitos: Ser estudiante activo de programa técnico, tecnólogo, o practicante universitario (sin contrato de aprendizaje previo).Inglés mínimo B1+ (oral y escrito).Conocimientos básicos en Networking, Redes (LAN/VLAN/Wireless/VPN).Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.Organización, atención al detalle y motivación por aprender en un entorno tecnológico.Familiaridad con herramientas de Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).Disponibilidad para asistir a oficina en Bogotá de lunes a viernes (C.C Nuestro Bogotá).
