Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you are responsible for gathering, analysing and translating business requirements into functional specifications that enable the successful delivery of digital workplace and business transformation initiatives. You combines strong business analysis expertise with a solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and thrives in

Agile environments.Engage with stakeholders to understand, challenge and refine business requirementsFacilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to capture business needs and opportunitiesAnalyse and document functional and non-functional requirementsCreate user stories, acceptance criteria and business process documentationModel and optimise business processes using BPMN and other process modelling techniquesSupport solution design activities and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical deliveryCoordinate and oversee

User Acceptance TestingDrive stakeholder engagement and support change management activitiesContribute to governance frameworks, standards and best practicesWork within Agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning, refinement and review sessions YOUR PROFILEMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant exposure to enterprise digital transformation projectsExperience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint
