As a Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant, you will help leading financial institutions modernize their customer engagement processes using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and AI-powered CRM capabilities.

You will act as the bridge between business and technology, ensuring that client requirements are translated into scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions that deliver measurable business value.

In this role you will be working on: Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions for financial services organizationsLeading workshops, process discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions to define future-state customer journeys and CRM processesImplementing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities, including Client 360, Financial Accounts, Relationship Groups, Action Plans, and
