Where no two days are the same.Job Description - Grade SpecificEl/la Senior Commercial & Contract Manager será responsable de liderar la gestión comercial de engagements complejos de servicios de ingeniería y tecnología. Su objetivo será asegurar una sólida governance comercial, el cumplimiento contractual, la protección del margen y una evolución controlada del contrato durante todo el ciclo de vida del engagement.

Principales responsabilidadesLiderar la gestión comercial y contractual de contratos complejos y estratégicos.Negociar condiciones comerciales con clientes y socios de negocio.Gestionar riesgos, reclamos, cambios contractuales y oportunidades de mejora de margen.Brindar asesoramiento comercial a equipos de negocio y delivery.Actuar como referente contractual para stakeholders internos y externos. Requisitos6 a 15 años de experiencia en gestión comercial y contractual.Sólida experiencia negociando contratos complejos de servicios tecnológicos, ingeniería o consultoría.Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y tomar decisiones comerciales.Inglés avanzado.
