You will be responsible for identifying service issues early and providing resolutions whenever possible (based on documented procedures) or liaising with the Level 2 team if required.Our client is based in France, which is why French language is essential for effective daily communication. Katowice, where we regulary meet and collaborate.You can join a team of analysts providing 24/7 monitoring of customer infrastructure!Your tasksMonitoring and supervision of Mainframe and distributed IT infrastructureHandling incidents, alerts and serviceExecuting operational tasks by strictly following documented procedures and operational guidelinesPerforming health checks and analyzing results on customer infrastructuresSupporting daily operations of z/OS environments and job schedulersCollaborating with international teams to ensure service availability and operational excellenceContributing to incident resolution and continuous service improvementYour profileCommunicative level of

French and good command of EnglishExperience working in a Mainframe support, operations, or infrastructure environmentKnowledge of Mainframe technologies and willingness to further develop expertise in this areaExperience with IBM z/OS (MVS) or other Mainframe operating environmentsExperience with scheduling tools such as IWSBasic understanding of Linux and/or Windows systemsAttention to detail and ability to follow procedures accuratelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailReadiness to work in a two-shift model as part of a 24/7 serviceWhat
