Where you can make a difference. Where no two days are the same.Your roleWe are looking for a Consultant and Team Lead to our Product & Systems Engineering unit. You will work with System Engineering and requirements on Product & Systems, both in SW & HW domain. Often Model Based Engineering including to follow Functional Safety and Cybers Security standards. You will also work within electrical and electronics on product & System level, for example as electrical or electronics engineer within power supply, electrical machines & battery systems.

The role will be a combination of team responsibility and being a consultant in our delivery. In this role you will play a key role in: Recruit new team members and support, develop and mentor the members in the teamSupport the Engineering Unit Manager with recruitment, business growth, retention etc.Manage and support career development for your teamContribute to technical solutions/sales activities of new projectsWork on technical customer proposalsBe part of technical delivery/assignment to our clientsYour profileA degree in

Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Engineering or similar5-8 years of experience as an advanced System Engineer, Technical lead, or similarExperience as Team Lead, Scrum Master, Project Manager or similar is advantageousFluency in English, and preferably in Swedish languageWhat we believe you will enjoy about working here We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
