Your Role - Job RoleAs a SAP WFS Consultant, you will : Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management and time tracking.Configure and implement

Workforce Software (WFS) modules.Design Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, and Absence Management solutions.Integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR systems.Configure work schedules, pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, and compliance requirements.Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.Troubleshoot and resolve WFS production issues.Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and project managers for successful delivery.

Your Profile - Skills Required
