Where no two days are the same.Your roleAs our new Business Manager, you will be responsible for some of our biggest defence and automotive software R&D/Engineering customers in Gothenburg, managing and developing existing and new relationships.In this role you will play a key role in: Sales responsibility for targeted software R&D/engineering clientsBusiness development and revenue growthBuilding and maintaining client relations locallyAnalyze the local market and be continuously updated on the latest trendsOptimize local bench and staff our employees on relevant projectsAnticipate the end of contracts and resources reallocationResponsible to find the right assignment for the right competence, using portals, email or in direct contact with the customerYour profileUniversity degree within

Business Administration, Engineering or similarExperience from a leading role within sales or/and business developmentStrong knowledge and network within the defence and automotive Swedish software R&D/engineering environment is required.
