You will work in our project teams as a developer of low‑code solutions built on the Pega platform. Our projects focus on creating digitalization applications for large European and global clients across industries such as logistics, the public sector, and retail. Some initiatives are greenfield implementations, while others involve optimization and further development of existing solutions. Beyond project work, you will have the opportunity to join Capgemini’s low‑code community – expanding your expertise and getting involved in additional initiatives that match your interests and passions.

We are hiring in Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk and Kraków!Your tasksbuilding Pega applications based on the Infinity Platform or strategic applications;being the expert responsible for technical and functional architecture;leading a team of system architects (CSSA and CSA);cooperation with LBAs and the client as a trusted advisor;making sure the delivery meets the highest standards and is up to date with Pega’s latest capabilities.

Your profilePega LSA certification;min. 6 years of experience in the development of Pega applications with Pega Infinity Platform and Deployment Manager;experience in debugging and troubleshooting applications with Pega Diagnostics Cloud;good command of SQL;good client-facing communication skills and agile work experience;good command of English. Nice to haveexperience with any Pega strategic application and/or DX API;Java or JavaScript skills;good command of German.
