The OpportunityCapgemini is seeking a Director/Sr Director level executive leads/frontline leaders in the Run PGA role to manage production systems and keep the application up and running always. ResponsibilitiesNurtures working relationships with clients throughout the project cycle , clients processes and provides prompt assistance when neededManages client expectations and ensures delivery of client requestsEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationIdeal

CandidateHe/She/They will have 16+ Years of experience with a strong project track and with background in delivery management , transformation / industrialization / innovationThis person is motivated to deliver high-quality work to drive customer satisfaction.

Key qualifications include: Able to drive application development team of ~ 100+ employees and manage revenue of ~8-10 Mn USDReviews project's Timeline, Quality and CostManages project financialsManages projects using KPIs / ReportingTakes Continuous Improvement initiativesRecovers troubled engagements (client escalations, delivery quality issues)Periodic travel to onshore or other location in India to meet customers and team members
