You will leverage Scala, Play Framework, and Akka/Pekko to build reactive, scalable, and resilient services while contributing to modern microservices architectures. Scala and Play FrameworkBuild reactive and distributed systems utilizing Akka/Pekko principles and frameworksDevelop and support RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration across enterprise platformsDesign and implement scalable microservices architectures following industry best practicesOptimize application performance and database operations across MySQL and Oracle environmentsDevelop resilient, secure, and highly available backend solutions for mission-critical applicationsCreate and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliabilityWrite clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practicesTroubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software defects and production issues in a timely mannerCollaborate with product owners, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsContribute to CI/CD processes, automated deployments, and cloud-native development practicesSupport distributed architectures deployed in containerized and cloud environments, including EKSYour

Profile5+ years of backend development experience, including at least 3 years working with ScalaStrong hands-on expertise with Scala, Play Framework, and Akka/PekkoSolid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systemsStrong knowledge of MySQL and Oracle database design, development, and performance optimizationExperience building microservices-based applications and scalable backend architecturesFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software delivery practicesExposure to
