Low-Level Designs (LLD), Method of Procedures (MOPs), rollback plans, test cases, and operational documentationEnsure all deployment and migration scenarios are fully tested in LAB and Production environmentsExecute migration activities with structured reporting to stakeholders and senior management, including daily and critical hourly updates when requiredDrive project planning activities, milestone tracking, risk management, and deployment governanceCoordinate with
