Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEIn this role you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining AIX operating system environments for external market clients.Providing day-to-day administration and support of AIX operating systems within a corporate client environment, ensuring high availability and performanceDiagnosing and resolving technical incidents and service requests related to AIX infrastructure, following ITIL best practices and agreed SLAsMonitoring system health, performing routine maintenance tasks, and implementing patches and updates to ensure stability and securityCollaborating closely with client teams and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective infrastructure solutionsContributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and documentation, while optionally leveraging
