Where no two days are the same.Your RoleLead strategic pharma engagements with end-to-end ownership of delivery governance, quality, financial performance, risks, dependencies, and executive stakeholder management.Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV, validation, quality, data integrity, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements across all delivery activities.Lead senior managers, program leaders, architects, and multidisciplinary teams while supporting account growth, solutioning, and strategic roadmap development.

Your ProfileProgram Leadership

16+ years of experience in engineering, technology, or consulting delivery, including significant experience in Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or regulated healthcare environments.

Location

Hyderabad only.

Large-Scale Delivery

Proven track record leading complex multi-workstream programs, global delivery teams, and large transformation initiatives.

Business & Financial Management

Experience managing delivery governance, commercial performance, portfolio oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and operational excellence.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

Strong knowledge of GxP, CSV, validation practices, quality systems, audit readiness, CAPA, and data integrity requirements.

Digital Transformation

Experience driving AI, automation, data, and technology-led transformation initiatives from strategy through enterprise adoption.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management
