YOUR ROLEOperate and support VoIP platforms and voice services.Monitor service performance and ensure platform availability and stability.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to SIP signaling, SBCs, voice routing, and service interconnections.Support Oracle SBC, Huawei SBC, BroadSoft/CISCO, Huawei NGN, and

Ericsson MPS platforms.Analyze alarms, logs, and traces to identify and resolve service issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service continuity and incident resolution.Participate in maintenance, upgrades, and service implementation activities.Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.YOUR PROFILEExperience in the operation and support of VoIP services and platforms.Knowledge of SIP signaling, voice routing, and

VoIP interconnection services.Experience with Oracle SBC and Huawei SBC environments.Familiarity with BroadSoft/CISCO voice platforms.Knowledge of Huawei NGN and Ericsson MPS platforms.Understanding of IP networking technologies, including Cisco, Huawei, and Linux environments.Experience with A10 Load Balancers and DNS services supporting voice infrastructures.Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.Experience in telecom service provider environments.Fluent in
