Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related governance processes.Helping maintain and enhance security policies, standards, and procedures.Collaborating with teams across Capgemini to ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.Supporting internal and external audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.Tracking and reporting key security and compliance metrics to stakeholders.Promoting security awareness and helping teams understand security requirements in a practical way.Supporting security incident reviews, corrective actions, and lessons learned activities.Your profileExperience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, governance, or a related field.Understanding of information security principles and risk management concepts.Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, or similar.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.What you'll love about working hereFlexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
