Job Description

We are seeking a German-speaking Project Manager to lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and German-speaking stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure.Act as the main point of contact for German-speaking clients and stakeholders.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources effectively.Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and support).Track progress and provide regular status updates and reports.Ensure adherence to quality standards and project requirements.Identify and resolve issues or risks proactively.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.Strong understanding of project/program management principles, practices, and methodologies.Proven experience managing projects involving cross‑functional coordination and customer interaction.Ability to evaluate complex information and provide effective, creative solutions.Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.Experience managing multiple priorities and resolving conflicts across teams.Strong communication, stakeholder‑management, and client‑facing skills.Ability to work independently while delivering high‑quality outcomes.Familiarity with enterprise software deployments, capital equipment installations, or system integration projects is a plus.
