You ensure the availability, security, and performance of Windows-based environments while supporting modernization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.Your tasksAdminister, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments supporting critical business services.Manage and support enterprise virtualization platforms based on VMware and Nutanix technologies.Monitor platform health, performance, capacity, and availability to ensure stable and reliable infrastructure services.Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents across

Windows, virtualization layers.Support backup, disaster recovery, patching, and platform lifecycle management activities.Develop and utilize automation solutions to streamline operational tasks and improve service efficiency.Collaborate with infrastructure, security, network, and application teams to maintain service stability and performance.Your profileMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise Windows Server environments.Strong practical experience with

Windows Server administration and core Wintel infrastructure technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, patching, and server hardening.Experience with Microsoft endpoint and systems management technologies, such as SCCM/MECM, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), or equivalent solutions.Good knowledge of enterprise virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS) and

Nutanix environments.Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, such as Veeam, VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM), or equivalent technologies.Hands-on experience with automation and scripting technologies, such as PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.Fluency in English and ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.
