Business/Functional Analyst, you will: Collaborate with clients to understand and define their business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.Document AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios, focusing on business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.Design use cases and wireframes to visualize proposed solutions.Lead workshops with clients to gather insights and foster collaboration.

YOUR PROFILEMust-haves

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and Minimum 1 year of experience in analysis or a similar role.Proficiency in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions.Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Nice-to-haves
