Your roleAs a ServiceNow Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and delivering comprehensive enterprise solutions.

You will provide top-level business and technology architecture consultancy, ensuring a coherent view across Business, Information, Systems, and Technology. Your role goes beyond designing IT systems to driving sustainable business change. You will act as a recognized Architect or Design Authority for ServiceNow-based ITSM solutions, lead innovative digital offer creation, and support complex enterprise-scale solution implementations, all while contributing to market thought leadership.
