Your role

Capgemini’s Package Based Solutions (PBS) business is a specialised practice focused on designing, implementing, and managing large-scale enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Oracle. As a Senior SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, ideally holding (or eligible to obtain) security clearance, and based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, solution design, system configuration, and documentationAct as a trusted advisor, providing expert functional and solution guidanceProvide direction to clients and functional teams on emerging capabilities, ensuring they are leveraged to deliver business valueLead a functional workstream, ensuring delivery quality, timely issue resolution, and alignment with project timelinesEngage in detailed design and execution when required, applying leading-practice processes and SAP system expertiseLead or support the development of supply chain components within business cases to inform program roadmaps and timelinesBuild and lead capability areas, including setting strategic direction, hiring, and supporting career developmentSupport business development activities, including effort estimation, Statement of

Work (SoW) development, and presenting to client stakeholdersYour profile: Functional specialist with extensive experience in SAP Supply Chain15+ years of project experience, including at least five full end-to-end implementation cyclesDeep expertise across SAP, with a strong focus on supply chain solutionsAdvanced functional knowledge of SAP MM, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP)Experience with SAP SD, IBP, and/or EWM is highly regardedProven ability to independently build and manage strong business stakeholder relationshipsSolid understanding of project methodologies and delivery phasesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesDemonstrated experience in functional lead and solution architect rolesIndustry experience across FMCG, Wholesale
