Your roleAs a Senior Transformation Consultant, you will independently lead transformation workstreams and make sure change lands in the organisation. You will guide stakeholders through the journey, from first workshop to go-live, and support less experienced colleagues along the way.

Your tasksLead workstreams independently

own planning, delivery, risks and dependenciesApply project management and PMO practices to keep delivery structured, transparent and on trackAdapt quickly to changing priorities, scope and client needs, and keep the team movingPrepare steering committee materials and present to senior stakeholdersDrive change and adoptionDesign and lead change management and business readiness activities that deliver real user adoptionDevelop communication plans and messages tailored to different stakeholder groupsPlan and oversee training, user guides and knowledge transferLead cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments and hypercareAlign people and decisionsBuild trusted relationships with stakeholders across business and technology, often in an international settingFacilitate workshops that drive alignment and decision-making, and navigate conflicting interestsContribute to target operating model design: processes, roles, governance and ways of workingSupport ERP and technology implementations, from requirements to testing and cutoverCoach less experienced team membersYour profileHave a track record of leading workstreams in transformation, change or implementation projectsHave strong experience in change management, communication and stakeholder management at different levels of an organisationCommunicate clearly and persuasively, in writing and in front of senior audiencesStay flexible and calm in changing environments and adapt your approach to people and contextWork well in international, cross-functional settings and are fluent in
